Coor is extending and expanding its IFM (Integrated Facilities Management) agreement with Vasakronan. The agreement totals some SEK 130 M in annual subscription volumes and will increase Coor’s assignment by some SEK 30 M in annualized volumes, with potential additional project volumes.

Vasakronan is Sweden’s largest property company with a holding comprising 178 properties with total floor space of some 2.4 million m2. Vasakronan focuses on centrally located office and retail properties in the growth regions of Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg and Öresund.

Coor will continue to deliver workplace services and assume responsibility for conference facilities and restaurants in Vasakronan’s properties. From 1 February 2018, Coor will also take over the delivery of technical service operations for all of Vasakronan’s properties. The expanded assignment strengthens both parties’ ambitions for a long-term strategic partnership.

”The extended confidence Vasakronan has shown us strengthens our strategic collaboration and we look forward to developing our service offering to Vasakronan’s customers. Vasakronan and Coor share the same view of how innovation and technological progress influence the services of the future, which sets the foundation for a creative and progressive partnership,” commented Mikael Stöhr, President and CEO of Coor.
