Change in number of shares and votes in Crown Energy AB

As a result of completed conversions during March, of Crown Energy AB’s convertible bond, KV1 2013/2016, the number of shares and votes in Crown Energy AB (publ) (“the Company”) has changed. On April 7, 2016, 6 shares were registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office as a result of the conversions.

As per April 29, 2016, the total number of shares in the Company is 61,047,379 with one vote each. The share capital after the change, amounts to SEK 1,794,767.58.
