Mandatory notification of trade



SMH Management AS, a company controlled by Stig M. 
Herbern (Board member of Crudecorp ASA), has 
subscribed for 77,394 shares in the private placement 
adopted by the extraordinary general meeting on 7 
February 2013. After the subscription, SMH Management 
AS owns 683 094 shares in Crudecorp ASA.



The abovementioned subscription may be subject to 
adjustments due to the final allocation of shares in 
accordance with article 6, paragraph 6, in the 
minutes of an extraordinary general meeting in 
Crudecorp ASA dated 7 February 2013.
