OSLO, NORWAY - APRIL 21, 2015 - CXENSE ASA (OSE:CXENSE) TODAY PUBLISHED ITS ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2015.

Highlights:

During 2015, Cxense firmly established its position as a world-leading provider of personalization software:

- Acquisitions of the companies Maxifier Inc. and Ramp Media to complement the product portfolio and strengthen the advertising and video offerings

- Integration of the acquired companies’ organizations, thus improving R&D capacity and market footholds and realizing OPEX synergies

- Signing 140 contracts across all sales regions, representing a combination of new customers and upselling to existing clients

- Widening customer base within existing core verticals, publishers, broadcasters, e-commerce and classifieds

- Adding new customers in new verticals: including consumer brands, sports and financial services

- R&D focus in 2015 was tuned towards developing the Personalization Suite, which is making a significant market impact

- Continued revenue growth driven by customer adoption of the personalization suite, combined with cost focus, led to significant improvement in financial performance

- On track to reach EBITDA break-even during 2016

Deviation between Annual Report 2015 figures and 2015 preliminary figures presented in the Q4 report:

As announced in the Q4 2015 report, the estimated mporium share of profit included in the 2015 preliminary figures presented in the Q4 report has been updated with actual figures in the Annual Report 2015 since the mporium 2015 accounts are now publicly available. Hence, the income statement line share of profit  of investments accounted for using the equity method has improved by USD 1.7 million and the financial position line investments in associated companies has increased by USD 1.9 million. Consequently, all related subtotal and total lines are updated. See page 6 in the Q4 2015 report and page 15 in the Annual Report 2015 for more details.
