CXENSE ASA - MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Christian P. Halvorsen, CEO of Cxense ASA (the "Company"), has on 8 September 2017 acquired 25 000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 39.68 per share.

After the purchase, Mr. Halvorsen owns a total of 25 000 shares in the Company. In addition, Mr. Halvorsen will, as previously announced, as part of his employment with the Company, be granted 70,000 subscription rights pursuant to the Company's 2017 subscription rights plan.
