Cxense ASA - Mandatory notification of trade and correction

Oslo, 5 July 2017. Reference is made to the stock exchange notice made by Cxense ASA (the "Company") on 1 June 2017 in connection with the Company's acquisition of 11,177 own shares and transferral of 26,177 shares to the chairman.

The correct number of shares acquired 1 June 2017 was 11,777 shares. As a result, the Company’s total holding after the above transactions was 600 treasury shares.  

The Company has today sold 600 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 82.00 per share, resulting in the Company holding a total of 0 treasury shares.
