An extraordinary general meeting in Cxense ASA will be held on 18 January 2018 at 14:00 hours (CET) at Felix Conference Center, Bryggetorget 3, Oslo, Norway.

Enclosed is notice of the meeting, including attendance and proxy forms.

Shareholders that wish to attend the extraordinary general meeting, in person or by proxy, are requested to complete the attendance form or to register online on www.cxense.com. The attendance form must be received by the registrar DNB Bank ASA at the latest by 16 January 2018 at 14:00 (CET).
