Cxense ASA - Voting disclosure

This notice is issued by Cxense ASA ("Cxense") on behalf of persons with disclosure obligation.

Morten Opstad, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cxense ASA, who shall also open the Annual General Meeting on 10 May 2017, had until this afternoon received powers of attorney to represent and vote for a total of 1,112,758 shares at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 10 May 2017, corresponding to 13.98% of the share capital and the voting rights of the company. The powers of attorney are only valid at the Annual General Meeting.

Marc O Polo Norge AS, controlled by Morten Opstad, holds 11,829 shares. Morten Opstad will also represent and vote for these shares at the Annual General Meeting.
