Mandatory notification of trade in Cxense ASA

Rune M. Slettenes, SVP Finance of Cxense ASA (the "Company"), and a primary insider, has today transferred 3,049 shares in Cxense ASA held through Rusle Invest AS, a company controlled by Mr. Slettenes, to himself to be held directly at a price of NOK 55.00 per share.

Following the transaction, Mr. Slettenes owns or controls 3,049 shares and 15,000 subscriptions rights in the Company.
