Share capital increase registered - Cxense ASA

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Cxense ASA (the "Company") on 14 December 2016 regarding the issue of 11,125 shares to employees and former employees that have exercised share options and subscription Rights (SRs). The share capital increase pertaining to the share options and SRs has now been duly registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following registration of the share capital increase, the Company's total share capital is NOK 39,790,060 divided into 7,958,012 shares, each share having a par value of NOK 5.00.
