CybAero has filed an appeal to the ISP – The Inspectorate for Strategic Products – on it’s recall of a previously issued export license. As stated in CybAero’s April 12, 2017 press release, the export authorization referred to a helicopter system for demonstration flights in China with the end customer AVIC Supply and Marketing Huabei CO. LTD.

CybAero will continue to assess the likelihood of any future export authorizations to AVIC.
