Jolly update

Integral system components, sent to China in mid October are still in the custody of China’s Customs Authority. CybAero and Jolly are actively working with Customs to resolve the delay. 

FAT will resume when the components have been released, installed, and tested. CybAero’s flight team is in China and awaiting resolution of the matter.
