The Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) has signed an agreement with Cybercom for development and implementation of a logistics system. The contract runs for four years and the value of this business is estimated to be approximately SEK 10-15 million per year.

The total order value could reach nearly SEK 60 million over the four years, and includes system development, testing, management of work in the project and some operation.

"We have had a team at our own premises in Östersund working on the project for FMV's resource management support for approximately three years. We have the right skills for the development of the system and we are delighted that FMV is now expanding its business with us for the next four years. We see good potential in growing our commitment with FMV," says Niklas Flyborg, President and CEO, Cybercom.

Resource support for forward based units, RSF, is an IT system to support units in the area of logistics and logistics management. The project is at a critical implementation stage, with ongoing commissioning and integration with the ERP system from SAP.

"The size of this assignment is important for Cybercom in Östersund, and very interesting for our consultants working with agile processes in the project, which includes various advanced techniques in development and testing. We are proud of our deliveries and our good cooperation with FMV. We regard this new agreement as an acknowledgment that FMV shares our opinion," says Eva Aronsson, Account Manager, Cybercom in Östersund.
