D. Carnegie & Co strengthens its management team

– Recruits transactions manager, project manager and
legal counsel

D. Carnegie & Co - listed on Nasdaq First North Premier – has strengthened its management team with the recruitment of Jonas Andersson as transactions and analyst manager as well as Fredrik Brunnberg as project manager. Both will take up their positions in March. Further, previously the management team has also been reinforced with their own legal counsel, Jenny Wärmé.

Since changing its focus, D. Carnegie & Co has recorded a high rate of acquisitions and growth. The company is now the largest listed company focused on residential properties. The portfolio currently comprises more than 15,000 apartments.

Jonas Andersson has been recruited from Mengus – a private equity firm focused on commercial properties. There, he has worked with transactions and financing. Fredrik Brunnberg has most recently run his own property development company, Trosse. Jenny Wärmé joined D. Carnegie & Co as their legal counsel during the third quarter of 2014. Before joining D. Carnegie, Jenny Wärmé worked as a Senior Associate at Mannheimer Swartling Law firm.
