5 Ways to Raise Women Consciousness Star-Studded Panel to Participate in Worldwide Event

When Sue Davey from Melbourne Australia was struggling to find some answers about the direction of her life, she wondered how many other women were having the same issues. After setting her direction and becoming a successful coach, author and speaker, Davey set out to research the concerns that were most common for women globally. In an international survey of more than 6000 women she found out the most common female struggles to be;

  • Women have difficulty  balancing work/life/family commitments,
  • Women are exhausted and overwhelmed in trying to please others around them
  • Women  carry fear of failure, lack of self worth, feeling of not good enough, feel
    disempowered and lack confidence,
  • Women fear disappointing family and friends
  • Women want to do meaningful work and accomplish something significant in their lives

Not content just to find out what the common struggles were, Davey set out to do something about it. The result is the First Annual International Conscious Women's Event which will be held on Monday 23rd March 5:00pm EST. The free event is being held in partnership with the charity UN Women.

This online event is designed to empower all women around the world through educational webinars and online mentoring from some of the world's most successful women. The emphasis of the event is providing tools and techniques that increase participants' awareness, spirituality and enlightenment.

Sue Davey says, "We aim to help women to connect to their consciousness and inner self in order to live a life full of purpose."

Davey believes that too many women live with limiting beliefs and restrictive expectations that restrict their true potential.

"With sufficient support and encouragement, women can make a bigger impact in the world and make it a better place to live in. They can learn to believe in themselves and to free their minds to unlock their amazing potential as well as live with integrity and perhaps most importantly to think ‘It’s okay to be me’", says Davey.

The conference will specifically address ways of dealing with the common struggles identified in Davey's survey.

Specifically the conference will focus on the following key issues.

Mindset. Why mindset is the key to success. How to develop self-belief and self-confidence.

"It all begins with the right mindset. You have to believe in yourself, and that can be difficult for many women,” says Davey. Doubt and self-limiting beliefs keep many people stuck.

Authenticity. How to connect with your authentic self, and be the person you are meant to be, not the person the world has told you to be.

Many women simply find themselves playing roles that they have adopted by default. The mismatch between these roles and their potential can lead to frustration and depression.

Passion. How to identify your passion, so you live and breathe it and use it to develop your potential and fulfill your dreams.

"It's all about your passion" says Davey. There are ideas and concepts and then there is action. Action is driven by passion, which is why passion is necessary for success. It's your source of real motivation.

Integrity. How to live with integrity and how spiritual growth will lead to personal development and success.

"Integrity and spirituality are important for personal growth and success," says Davey.  Spirituality is not separate from success. It is an essential part of who you are, and that identity will define you.

Collaboration. How to work in harmony in collaboration with others. How collaboration and teamwork enhance success.

"We all depend on each other. There's no important activity that doesn't involve teamwork to some degree," says Davey. This highlights the importance of effective leadership and motivating your team and the relevant people around you to work together.

All-Star Lineup
