ADvendio launches Commercial Optimizer: Automating publishers’ campaign adjustments
ADvendio’s groundbreaking solution successfully completes beta testing
The ad sales management solution ADvendio has announced that its enterprise-leading Commercial Optimizer has successfully graduated beta testing and is now publicly available.
ADvendio’s Commercial Optimizer is the first ever fully automated solution for handling ad campaign changes. Developed in partnership with one of Europe’s largest publishers, the Commercial Optimizer streamlines the process of digital ad changes with a host of intelligent features and world class capability.

Now available as part of the standard ADvendio business solution, the Commercial Optimizer will handle changes to live campaigns and automate resulting processes – such as updating order documents or campaign items on the ad server. Commercial Optimizer users simply create the required new version of the campaign, generate an order amendment document for the client, issue it to the account holder and activate the required changes following sign off.
The Commercial Optimizer makes it easy for publishers to handle campaign changes in real time, and effortlessly update deliverables such as dates, order quantities, targeting strategies and ad specs. This flexibility means publishers can better deliver fully optimized, high performing campaigns for their clients. Any services already delivered prior to changes made to an existing campaign continue to be reflected in the campaign list, accompanied by a log of amendments made. All related calculations, cancellations and credit notes are processed automatically. An in-built ad server API handles changes to ad inventory in real time.
For larger teams, there is also the option to create individual workflows and approval processes, allowing for easier collaboration and seamless account management.
