Leading business figure inspires young entrepreneurs at integral city event

In today’s competitive business world, small companies and start-ups are under more pressure than ever to stand out from the crowd. And as a result, they are having to look at new ways to improve the services and effectiveness of their offering as the country moves forward into a somewhat uncertain future post-Referendum. Speaking at one of the finest events for small companies, Farhad Reyazat, Founder and CEO of the UK’s newest and most intelligent automation software, Smarty Software, has highlighted the need for SMEs and start-ups to utilise the technology available in order to stay resilient and keep ahead of their larger competitors as the country looks forward to life outside of the European Union.

Speaking at an integral event run by Tech City Coffee, the country’s one-stop shop for SMEs and start-ups, Farhad highlighted the need for more intelligent business decisions as the UK looks to the government to provide guidance on running a business as a fully-independent country. He said, “These young entrepreneurs are the future of the UK, so it’s important to nurture and encourage them to take advantage of the opportunities on offer to ensure they are armed with all the necessary technology and tried and tested advice when they take the leap into the professional business world. Due to the uncertainties that are surrounding the UK at the moment, the importance of focusing on growing a business – particularly for small business and start-ups – cannot be underestimated.”

The event was the perfect opportunity for start-ups and young business people to learn about the more complex parts of running a business. Highlighting the tangible benefits of outsourcing services as opposed to undertaking them in-house in order to improve effectiveness, efficiency and productivity, Farhad provided key takeaways in the form of knowledge and advice.

With over 15 years’ experience in the corporate banking world, as well as a wealth of experience helping small businesses grow thanks to being head of his own consultancy firm, Farhad has a knows exactly what it takes for businesses to not only succeed, but also thrive, when it comes to competing in tough times.

He adds, “Automation software is the backbone of growing a small business. Allowing MDs, CEOs and business owners to utilise their time effectively, without worrying about the day to day runnings of a business, such as invoicing, team management and website maintenance, the technology allows them to fine-tune their business and lets them to concentrate on growing it from the ground up.”

Tech City Coffee’s events bring together business people in order to share ideas, pitch and network with one another. Entitled ‘Outsourcing Service for Start-Ups’, the event took place in London and highlighted the importance of selecting the right partners when it comes to outsourcing work, gave guidance on budgeting and timescales and emphasised how best to tackle issues should they arise.
