Perfect Boutique Hotel Unveils Debut Film
An independent travel site is helping travellers plan the perfect getaway with a cherry picked collection of luxury boutique hotels across the globe. To celebrate the start of a fabulous year Perfect Boutique Hotel released its inaugural introductory film which shines the spotlight on two of its most impressive properties.
Over the past few years the world has seen significant changes to the face of contemporary travel. Today’s travellers are turning away from conventional high rise hotels and opting for smaller, more intimate experiences. This has fuelled the rise of the ‘boutique hotel’ and seen a myriad of high end luxury establishments pop up around the world. Perfect Boutique Hotel answers the consumer call, sharing stories about boutique hotels and providing travellers with a hand-picked portfolio of the world’s finest boutique residences. From spa retreats, city centre terraces and beachside villas to countryside havens, historic manors and mountain lodges, the collection is chic, stylish and experiential.
Nathalie Salas, founder and editor at Perfect Boutique Hotel said, “There are so many hotels out there that it can be quite overwhelming when it comes to finding the perfect establishment. We created Perfect Boutique Hotel because we are passionate, design and community conscious travellers, forever looking for new experiences, places to go and things to do. Armed with invaluable knowledge, travel experience and a discerning taste, we have created a collection of travel experiences for curious travellers, looking to get underneath the skin of a destination.
Romantic, extravagant and utterly magnetic, Florence is one of the most visited destinations on the planet. This made it the perfect location to film sections of the Perfect Boutique Hotel introductory film. Stealing the spotlight was newly opened luxury B&B, SoprArno Suites. The historic residence has been lovingly restored and is perfectly positioned on the cusp of the city’s main attractions. All 10 suites have been beautifully appointed by owner, Matteo Perduca who scoured local and international markets to source original artisanal and antique furniture, objects and bespoke works of art. The stunning suites transport guests back to a bygone time while simultaneously creating magical moments in the present.
The second residence featured in the film is fellow Florentine establishment, J.K. Place Firenze. First opened in 2003 the 20 room boutique hotel has crystallised its status as one of the city’s finest accommodation options. Rooms are staggered throughout a tall and elegant townhouse located on the iconic Piazza of Santa Maria Novella. The entire space is an exquisite reflection of renowned Florentine architect and designer, Michele Bonan. After spending the day uncovering the delights of Florence guests can unwind in the deluxe J.K. Lounge or sip on a beverage at the recently-opened Cocktail & Champagne Bar.
Both establishments embody the essence of the Perfect Boutique Hotel philosophy and offer travellers a glimpse at the standard of accommodation they can expect to find.
