Pioneering online estate agent opens up competition for new customers to be the face of their next campaign
I Am The Agent, one of the UK’s most successful online estate agents, is taking marketing to the next level with a competition to bring one of their customers to the forefront of their next campaign.
The digital-savvy company, which is currently advertising on London transport’s bus and tube networks, is offering new customers the chance to tell their story and become the next I Am The Agent star when a second campaign rolls out in the New Year.
Rebecca Peach, Managing Director, I Am The Agent said, “Gone are the days when the only way to sell or let a house was to contact local estate agents and get a listing in their branch. Our campaigns are designed to highlight how much money can be saved by going online, as well as showcase the impact online services can have on the sector. We have used real-life quotes form out clients and case studies for our current campaign, which has highlighted our tagline of I Am in Control. I Am Saving. I Am The Agent, perfectly. Our unique approach is one of the many things that makes us stand out and we are eager to demonstrate this further using another one of our happy customers in our New Year campaign.”
The 2017 campaign will be a continuation of the company’s current advertisements. The spots feature real-life stories from past customers, including Cheryl the nurse who saved £1049 on renting though I Am The Agent, Dave the soldier, who saved more than £3,500 using the service, and Suki the student, who spread the word of I Am The Agent and saved a friend £750 in tenant fees.
Rebecca added, “We have saved thousands of customers significant amounts of money over the years thanks to our passion for connecting real people with their dream property. We also pride ourselves on aiding sellers thanks to our range of packages that offer as much or as little assistance as needed, while also boasting shorter than average selling times. This campaign is designed to raise our profile, but first and foremost, inspire others to make the switch to online.”
The current marketing campaign is one of the largest in the company’s five-year history. The original adverts are adorning hundreds of iconic London buses, as well as thousands of tube panels all around the capital. The 2017 adverts will commence early in the New Year.
If customers are interested in entering the competition to become the next face of I Am The Agent, they simply need to get in touch with the online veterans telling them why they want to be part of it, along with a short story of their experience with the property giants. As well as being the next I Am The Agent star, they will receive £500 in cash meaning they have earnt money and become a star from selling their property with I Am The Agent!
The agency, based in London, has redefined the concept of selling and letting online. The company’s revolutionary website gives full control back to the person who knows the property best – the owner. Homeowners with a property to sell or let are able to simply highlight its features and selling points before promoting it on some of the UK’s largest property portals, including Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location, Needa Property and Globrix, for a single fixed fee.
