Pop Idol’s Ground-Breaking Coconut Tea Range ‘Cuppanut’ Goes Down A Treat With Fitness Fans
After launching at the Food and Drink Expo in Birmingham, Gareth Gates’ Cuppanut brand is going from strength to the strength.
Harnessing the bountiful benefits of coconut to deliver a range of fragrant teas, Cuppanut, the caffeine-free coconut tea, has certainly been a hit with the public since its recent launch.
Created by Pop Idol alumni and musical theatre star, Gareth Gates, the one-of-a-kind teas were unveiled to the public at the Food and Drink Expo at Birmingham’s NEC, where they were greeted with enthusiasm and excitement from buyers, fitness fanatics and the general public alike.
The three teas – Coconut Infusion, Coconut and Cranberry Infusion and Coconut, Ginger and Turmeric Infusion – have already been snapped up by a major UK retailer, and will be available to buy on High Streets all over the country very soon. Loaded with superfoods and overflowing with health benefits, these revitalising teas are set to be the ‘next big thing’ in the competitive world of health foods.
The successful launch is just the latest in a string of triumphs, both personal and profession for Gareth Gates, whose passion for healthy eating and experimentation has driven the brand forwards. Having been heralded as the breakout star of the UK’s tour of Footloose, Gareth has also starred in the five-star reviewed event, Mad About the Musicals, as well as finding love with Coronation Street actress and fellow musical theatre star, Faye Brookes.
Gareth says, “It’s been a fantastic year for me so far, with Footloose performing to packed auditoriums and Mad About the Musicals confirmed for a new run of 2016 dates. The successful launch of Cuppanut has also been a real high point – this is a project that I’ve poured my heart and soul into, and it’s amazing to see it received so positively by the health food community. I’m looking forward to seeing Cuppanut on the shelves of a UK High Street retailer very soon!”
Loaded with raw, fresh coconut and a range of other detoxifying ingredients, Cuppanut rehydrates the body more effectively thanks to its abundance of electrolytes. Plenty of short chain and medium chain fatty acids (MCFA) also contribute to a healthy heart, and the added ingredients like ginger and turmeric can speed up the metabolism and contribute towards sustainable weight loss.
Cuppanut also contributes to sustainability in other ways, with biodegradable tea bags and packaging that can be easily recycled. Good for the body and good for the planet, Gareth Gates’ latest entrepreneurial venture has hit the ground running and is expected to prove a hit on the High Street.
