Viva Skin Clinics Announces Save Face Accreditation
12th November 2015, London: Premier aesthetics clinic, Viva Skin Clinics, today announces full accreditation by Save Face, the UK’s first directory of certified cosmetic clinics in the UK. The announcement follows an independent assessment of Viva’s London clinics as well as lead practitioner, Dr. Rupert Critchley to certify training, treatment quality and patient care.
Viva Skin Clinics is a premier aesthetic clinic offering wide range of non-surgical treatments including Botox, chemical skin peels, lip and cheek augmentation and Tear Trough filler for eye bags. Founder and Director, Dr. Rupert Critchley, has been treating patients in central London for over four years. His current clinic locations include Putney and Old Street, where his expertise in fine facial skills have built a large and loyal client base. “It’s imperative that my clients feel completely safe when they visit Viva and that they have complete trust in the treatments that we offer. Making the decision to have a cosmetic treatment is not something to be taken lightly and takes time and research - by achieving Save Face accreditation and appearing on the register of certified clinics, Viva is able to offer clients the reassurance they need” he comments.
Save Face was established in 2013 and is the first directory dedicated to connecting people looking for non-surgical cosmetic treatments to trusted practitioners and clinics across the UK. In order to achieve Save Face accreditation, a clinic must adhere to the Save Face standards, policies and protocols, as well as following strict procedure guidelines. They must also complete a robust set of audits, checks and on-site checks, as well as each practitioner’s training and qualifications being checked and authenticated. It is not obligatory for anyone offering cosmetic treatments to go through the Save Face assessments, but by doing so they are able to create differentiation in a competitive and largely unregulated market.
Rupert continues: “The value of becoming a Save Face accredited clinic is clear. There are more and more people offing cosmetic treatments who aren’t qualified to do so and when they advertise treatments like Botox and lip fillers at very low prices, it’s understandable why people are tempted by the cheapest option rather than the safest one. Being accredited by Save Face means that Viva appears on the directory of fully audited and certified cosmetic clinics, which makes it much easier for people to make the right choice. We fully support the Save Face initiative and are pleased to be helping people protect themselves from sub-standard treatments.”
