Delta Minerals broadens its business with brick production, which strengthens the company finance.

Parts of the river material that Delta Minerals gets up out of the Cagayan River consists of small particles known as slimes, which must be separated from the sand and gravel material before the sand can be sold.

This material is very suitable for brick production. A company in southern Philippines provides equipment for this production. The technique is adapted to local conditions. The production is some few thousand tons per month and give a contribution to the business.

The production is very advantageous for the company: Delta Minerals receives revenues instead of incurring costs for material handling. The production process is labor intensive and provides local jobs. The final product is affordable and contributes to housing improvement in the region.

This operation is part of Delta Minerals´ efforts to manage all the river material properly.

Delta Minerals sells the material to the Heritage Resources and Mining Corp. for production.

Heritage Resources and Mining Corp. is a company controlled by Cornelio Casido.
