Diös sells property portfolio in Ljusdal
Diös Fastigheter sells four properties in Ljusdal, with a total area of 24,000 square meters, which corresponds to Diös’s entire property portfolio of the city. The underlying property value is in line with Diös’s most recent valuation. The purchaser is Ljusdal Fastigheter AB, which is owned by Christer Henriksson, Stefan Henriksson and Magnus Fernqvist. Change of possession is made immediately.
The sold properties mainly comprise areas for trade, offices, logistics and industry. The sale also includes Citygallerian located in the city center. Among the tenants are Knappens Prefab, DHL Express, Byggfakta and Arbetsförmedlingen.
The transaction takes form as company transaction and will be reported in the first quarter of 2018.
