Diös welcomes Fitness24Seven to In: gallerian, a big central mall in Sundsvall

During the spring 2017 the wellness chain Fitness24Seven will open a flagship facility in the Diös owned In: galleria in the center of Sundsvall. The 1,450 square meters floor space gym will be a natural meeting point in Stenstaden and the generous opening hours will contribute to a more vibrant city center. The total contract value of the ten-year lease will amount to approximately SEK 16.5 million.

Fitness24Seven, with the concept of training around the clock seven days a week, continues to expand its activities since its inception 2003 in Lund, Sweden. Diös welcome the tenant to Sundsvall and the centrally located In: gallerian. SEK 6.5 million will be invested in the training facilities, which will be located in an attractive area overlooking the Selångerån, in Hemköp's former premises.

Fitness24Seven's new premises are located in one of the best areas in the central of Sundsvall, and we see many benefits with having a business that offer a natural meeting place with generous opening hours.
