Offshore ("DISC") to a price of NOK 9,50 per share.
Baker Technology Limited owns after this acquisition
a total of 13,124,080 shares in DISC, constituting
20,037% of the share capital in DISC.
The percentage has been calculated based on
65,500,000 issued shares in DISC.
