Discovery Offshore S.A. to Present at Pareto Oil and Offshore Conference 2012

Luxembourg, 11 September 2012 -- Discovery Offshore 
S.A. ("Discovery Offshore") will present at the 
Pareto Oil and Offshore Conference 2012 in Oslo, 
Norway, on Wednesday, September 12, 2012, at 12:10 
p.m. Central European Summer Time (8:10 a.m. EDT).

An audio replay of the presentation will not be 
available; however, the slides can be accessed 
through Discovery Offshore's website 
(http://www.discoveryoffshore.lu) beginning on 
September 11, 2012.

Discovery Offshore is a Luxembourg-based public 
limited liability company incorporated on 12 January 
2011 for the purpose of owning new ultra high 
specification jackup drilling rigs. The Company's 
main assets are two Keppel FELS Super A high 
specification harsh environment jackup rigs currently 
under construction, with delivery scheduled for the 
second quarter and fourth quarter of 2013, 
respectively.  The Company also holds options to 
order two additional rigs.
