Dometic Class Action Lawsuit Dismissed In Florida

The United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida has dismissed in its entirety a class action lawsuit against Dometic Corporation. 

The lawsuit had alleged that several models of Dometic’s gas absorption refrigerators contained a latent defect. The court closed the case following the entry of the order.  

The California proceedings are pending.
