Dometic Nomination Committee’s Board proposal for the 2017 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

The Nomination Committee at Dometic Group AB (“Dometic”) announces that the Board members Gun Nilsson, Albert Gustafsson and Harry Klagsbrun are not available for re-election. Hence, they will leave the Board of Directors in conjunction with the 2017 annual shareholders’ meeting after several years of commendable work, among else in connection with the public listing of the company at Nasdaq Stockholm.

The Nomination Committee’s proposal to the 2017 annual shareholders’ meeting is that the number of Board members should continue to be seven. The proposal is for Fredrik Cappelen, Rainer E. Schmückle, Magnus Yngen and Erik Olsson to be re-elected and Heléne Vibbleus, Peter Sjölander och Jacqueline Hoogerbrugge to be elected as new members.

The annual shareholders’ meeting will be held in Stockholm on April 7, 2017.
