New number of shares and share capital in Dometic
An extraordinary general meeting in Dometic Group AB (publ) (”Dometic”) held on 10 November 2015 resolved on a new issue of shares with an authorization for the Board of Directors to resolve on the number of shares to be issued and the increase of the share capital. On 24 November 2015, the board resolved to issue 95,833,333 new shares, resulting in an increase of the share capital by SEK 239,583.3325. The share issue was registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 25 November 2015.
Following the share issue, the number of shares in Dometic is 295,833,333 and the share capital amounts to SEK 739,583.3325.
