In accordance with DSV’s Financial Calendar, the Company will publish its 2012
Annual Report on 20 February 2013. The report is expected to be published
before 8:00 a.m. CET. 

DSV invites analysts, investors and others to participate in a teleconference
on 20 February 2013 at 10:30 a.m. CET. 

At the conference Jens Bjorn Andersen, CEO, and Jens H. Lund, CFO, will present
the annual report. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions.
