Invitation to East Capital Explorer's seminar on 9 June 2016

Please be invited to our annual seminar in conjunction with the Annual General Meeting. This year the seminar will be held at IVA’s Conference Centre at Grev Turegatan 16 in Stockholm, Thursday 9 June at 13.00-14.30 CET. The AGM for those who hold shares in East Capital Explorer will commence at 15.00 CET (see Notice per 10 May). The seminar is open for the public.

To our seminar we have invited experts within real estate and the Baltic region, where the majority of our investments have been focused the past few years:

-          Jan Rosengren, Senior Advisor at Newsec with 30 years of experience from real estate consulting and valuations, about trends in and outlook for the Baltic real estate market

-          Nerijus Maciulis, Chief Economist at Swedbank in Lithuania and several years ranked as the country’s “top opinion leader” on Baltic macro outlook

-          Kestutis Sasnauskas, Chief Investment Officer at East Capital Explorer on our largest holdings and our work with value creation and investments
