Mr. Ullatil has over 20 years of experience in management consulting for healthcare and IT services and has served in progressive leadership positions. His experience encompasses a variety of strategic, business planning, and organizational improvement projects, with a particular focus on merging strategy and technology to achieve workforce optimization. Using his global expertise, he provides resource management solutions to healthcare systems and hospitals. His approach to reducing overtime and premium spending has helped clients save millions of dollars and improve workforce utilization, recruitment, and retention. Mr. Ullatil partners with healthcare facilities to bridge the gap between staff supply and demand in the most cost-effective and efficient way possible.
Prior to joining ECG Management Consultants, Inc., Mr. Ullatil was practice leader for a global consulting firm, where he was responsible for growing the firm’s outreach in North America, South Africa, India, and the Middle East. Services included management consulting for hospitals in the areas of workforce management, IT solutions, and merger and acquisition strategies.
Mr. Ullatil holds a master of business administration degree from Newport University and a master certificate in business management from the A. B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, as well as a bachelor of science degree in engineering production/process from the University of Pune in India. He has spoken at national and international hospital association conferences and assemblies and has conducted presentations on a variety of topics.
