Efecte Expands in Germany

Software company Efecte to expand its operations, and has set up a subsidiary Efecte Germany GmbH in Munich, Germany. Establishment of the new country organization supports Efecte's internationalization strategy outside the Nordic home market area.

"Efecte has grown significantly during the last two years in its Nordic home market, and signed more than 20 new customers in 2014. At the same time we have systematically developed our software offering to meet our customers' needs in automating and optimizing their service management processes," says CEO Sakari Suhonen.

Now it is a natural step to apply for further growth in Europe's largest single software market, Germany by hiring local IT service management professionals to our German subsidiary. At the same time we are building a partner network in the German-speaking market area in order to support customers’ project implementations locally.

"We believe that Efecte’s unique service management software solution, Efecte Edge, which consists of three integrated products - IT service management, self-service channel, and identity management – allows our customers a service management entirety based on SIAM-framework, and rapid return on investments," Suhonen says.

Efecte will continue its strategy to develop and grow company's operations to serve medium-sized enterprises internationally, especially in IT service management automations and employee self-service area.
