Efecte ITSM 7.0 raises the bar in usability while maintaining the leadership in customizability

Efecte Corporation announces the general availability of the Efecte ITSM 7.0 release for all customers in Europe. The major software release comes with an all-new user experience for service desk and IT-based service management personnel. The software experience has been radically redesigned with simplicity and usability in mind. In addition to setting new usability standards for ITSM solutions, the web-based UI scales automatically to various screen sizes, from mobile phones to laptops.

Efecte ITSM 7.0 has been running for some time as a beta version in the production environments of selected customers, and it is now being made available to all customers across Europe. ITSM 7.0 can be deployed as on-premise or as a cloud solution serviced and operated by Efecte.
