DELIVERY OF VESSEL - SEVEN VIKING

Eidesvik Seven AS, a joint venture between Eidesvik 
and Subsea 7, has today January 23rd 2013 taken 
delivery of the vessel Seven Viking from Ulstein 
Verft AS.

The vessel is built in accordance with international 
class requirements including SPS code and is fit for 
operation in Artic waters. The vessel can accommodate 
90 persons and other features are 100t SWL crane and 
integrated module handling and scale squeeze system. 
It has a propulsion system with tripple azimuth units.

A long-term loan facility of NOK 672 mill. has been 
drawn to finance the vessel.

The vessel commenced a 8 year contract with Subsea 7 
from the time of delivery.
