These operations have a turnover of approximately MSEK 50 and 26 employees at four locations in Gothenburg. The acquisition is meant to be a strategic platform for Elanders continued development and production within digital operations for document management. Its placement in the middle of Arendals' business park will make it the base for Elanders' future endeavours as a partner with the European automobile industry, both digitally via the Internet and on paper. Elanders' business area Technical Documentation is a substantial supplier to The Volvo Group and through this acquisition it will further enhance its capacity to fulfil our customers needs. Elanders will become one of Sweden's largest digital production units through this acquisition, aimed at improving our customer's efficiency, competitiveness and profitability. In connection with this acquisition Elanders and Celero Support will become partners in developing and utilising both of the companies' services in order to be able to offer comprehensive solutions to their customers. The acquisition is a step in Elanders' strategy to further strengthen its position as a global supplier of IT/Media and graphic services.
