Ellos Group keeps improving its position among students’ dream employers and, for the first time, enters top 100.

- In the rankings of the ideal employers, we climbed to position 88, compared to position 102 last year. This is a significant improvement and especially pleasing as we took a huge step by almost 50 positions already last year, as a so called super rocket, says Johnny Eriksson, HR Director at Ellos Group.

Also the position in the considered ranking among Business/Economics students has improved. During 2015, Ellos Group reached position 81 and this year the outcome was position 70, according to the 2016 Talent Survey in Sweden (FöretagsBarometern) by the company Universum. Over 24,000 students at Swedish universities responded to the survey.

- We rank as number one among pure e-commerce companies. Our success is depending on the ability to attract cutting-edge expertise within design and IT, among other areas. We can see positive effects in our recruitment work from our extensive restructuring, which includes quarterly collections, a new marketing approach in the digital channels and more transparent communication, explains Johnny Eriksson.

At the end of last year, Ellos Group was named "The best workplace in commerce 2015", by The Commercial Employees' Union (Handels), Sweden's third-largest blue-collar union. Ellos Group includes the online stores Ellos with fashion and home, Jotex, focusing on home interior, and Stayhard, targeting men´s fashion.
