acquired 4,289,619 shares in Eltek ASA ("Eltek"),
representing approx. 1.3% of the total outstanding
shares in Eltek. The shares were acquired at NOK 5.00
per share.
Following the acquisition, CCI, and related party
William H. Crown, hold 81,679,396 shares in Eltek,
representing approx. 24.8% of the total outstanding
shares and voting capital. William H. Crown is a
primary insider and a member of the board of
directors of Eltek.
