Jan. 16, 2015 – The Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) today announced the availability of its newest online education product for emergency nurses: Course in Advanced Trauma Nursing (CATN). CATN is a course designed for experienced emergency nurses, and offers an advanced critical thinking and clinical decision-making curriculum centered on evidence-based knowledge.

The course includes six case scenarios, ranging from a motor vehicle collision to a domestic violence incident. Participants review each complex trauma as the case unfolds from the primary survey to treatment across the care spectrum.
