Eniro AB (publ) publishes a prospectus supplement

Eniro AB (publ) (”Eniro”) has prepared an additional supplement to the prospectus regarding the offerings to holders of preference shares and convertibles in Eniro (the “Exchange Offers”), which was approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on 8 June 2017. The prospectus supplement forms part of the prospectus and must be read together with the prospectus as well as the supplements to the prospectus that were approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on 2 August 2017 and 22 August 2017, respectively.

The prospectus supplement has been prepared due to Eniro’s press release on 11 September 2017 announcing that Eniro has received underwriting commitments regarding the cash issue of SEK 275 million and that the acceptance period for the Exchange Offers has been extended until 29 September 2017.

The prospectus supplement was approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority today on 26 September 2017 and is available on Eniro’s website www.enirogroup.com as well as on Pareto Securities’ website www.paretosec.com.
