Eniro’s nomination committee proposes Lars-Johan Jarnheimer for new chairman

Eniro’s nomination committee today announces that Lars-Johan Jarnheimer will be proposed as new chairman of the Board for the Annual General Meeting 2011. Lars-Johan Jarnheimer has extensive experience from companies within industries such as Telecom, Media and Internet, who are characterized by rapid change and a continuous development of products and services. The nomination committee is of the opinion that this will benefit the future development of Eniro.

Lars-Johan Jarnheimer has been CEO of Tele2 (1999–2008), Marketing Director at Saab Automobile (1997–1999) and CEO of Comviq (1992–1997). Jarnheimer is currently member of the boards of INGKA Holding BV (IKEA’s parent company), CDON Group, Apoteket AB, Egmont International AS and Babybjörn AB and is the Chairman of BRIS, the Swedish children’s rights organisation.

As previously communicated, Lars Berg has declined re-election as chairman of Eniro’s Board of Directors. The nomination committee will present the proposal in full in connection with the notice to the AGM and on the Eniro website.

Eniro’s nomination committee for the 2011 Annual General Meeting consists of Maria Wikström (Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning AB), Erik Sjöström (Skandia Liv), Hans Ek (SEB Fonder), Peter Rudman, chairman of the nomination committee (Nordea fonder) and Lars Berg, current chairman of the Board of Eniro.
