Invitation to Extra General Meeting of Eniro AB

The Board of Directors of Eniro AB (publ) has decided to convene the shareholders in Eniro to an Extra General Meeting to be held on November 7, 2005.

For the reason of Eniro’s proposed acquisition of all outstanding shares of Findexa Limited, the Board of Directors of Eniro has decided to propose to an Extra General Meeting to resolve regarding an authorization to the Board to decide upon issuance of new shares, and regarding an authorization to the Board to decide upon transfer of the Company’s shares.

Time and place
The Extra General Meeting will take place on Monday, November 7, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. in the Havsfrun Room of Näringslivets Hus, Storgatan 19 in Stockholm. The doors will open at 4:00 p.m.
