Organizational changes within Eniro

An organizational change within Eniro was announced in September for the purpose of enhancing efficiency within the organization and increasing the focus on sales. The local subsidiaries have become dedicated sales and marketing organizations, while the business support functions within each company have been merged with the corresponding corporate functions. At the same time, sales concepts and product offerings have been revised. All this work has resulted in a reduction of personnel by some 100 employees of which the majority have been in Sweden. Costs associated with the personnel reduction are estimated at SEK 30-40 M and will be charged against 2003 operating income. The changes will have a positive impact on results and revenues as of 2005.     For information: Lars Guldstrand, President and CEO.
