Preliminary time plan for share redemption

Given the proposal by the Board of Directors to the Annual General Meeting on March 31, 2003 for a redemption of every 20th share at a price of SEK 80, in total about SEK 705 million, the following preliminary time plan has been established. This time plan presumes that the proposal is approved by the Annual General Meeting.

Last date for trading in Eniro shares with redemption rights - March 31, 2003 First date for trading in Eniro shares without redemption rights - April 1, 2003 Record date for receipt of redemption rights - April 3, 2003 Distribution of information brochure and registration form - around April 8, 2003 Registration period - April 11 - May 9, 2003 Trading of redemption rights on Stockholm Exchange - April 11 - May 6, 2003 Final registration date for sale of redemption rights without brokerage commission - April 29, 2003   During the period from April 11 to 29, 2003, it will be possible to sell up to 1,000 redemption rights without brokerage commission through Carnegie in accordance with a special registration procedure. Payment of the redemption amount is expected to take place in August 2003. The complete proposal by the Board of Directors for the decision on the redemption program will be available as of March 24, 2003.
