Eniro’s auditor, PwC, has presented the second part of the investigation into the company’s accounting that was announced in a press release on September 5, 2014. The investigation does not give the company reason to change its previously issued forecast for adjusted EBITDA of SEK 700 M for the full year 2014.

In addition, Eniro’s legal advisors, attorney Jonas Bergh, and former Deputy Prosecutor-General Guntra Åhlund, have found that there are grounds to file a police complaint about the inaccuracies in the company’s accounting. The Board of Directors has therefore decided to file a police complaint against the company’s former CEO, Johan Lindgren, with the Swedish Economic Crime Authority.
