EnQuest PLC Annual Report and Accounts Disclosure

The Company announces on 19 April 2017 that the EnQuest Annual Report & Accounts 2016 and the Notice of 2017 Annual General Meeting have been published. These documents are publicly available on the EnQuest PLC website (www.enquest.com), found under the Investors section. This follows the release on 21 March 2017 of the Company's Final Year-End Results Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2016.

In compliance with 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, on 19 April 2017 the Company submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism copies of:
