Notice of Chapter 15 Recognition Hearing

Further to the announcement issued by the Company on 24 October 2016 giving notice that the High Court of England and Wales has granted the Company permission to convene a meeting of creditors in respect of the Company's proposed scheme of arrangement (the "Scheme Meeting"), the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York (the "Court") has scheduled a hearing to consider the relief requested in the Petition and Motion seeking the entry of an order granting, among other things, recognition of the scheme of arrangement as "foreign main proceedings" for the purpose of chapter 15 of title 11 of the United States Code (the "Bankruptcy Code") (the "Recognition Hearing").

Accordingly, notice is hereby given that the Recognition Hearing will take place at 11:00 a.m. (New York time) on 17 November 2016 in Room 617 of the Court, One Bowling Green, New York, New York.

Copies of the Petition and Motion and all accompanying documentation may be obtained by parties-in-interest on the Court's Electronic Case Filing System, which can be accessed from the Court's website at http://www.nysb.uscourts.gov (a PACER login and password are required to retrieve a document), on the Scheme Website (details of which are provided below), made available for inspection to any of the Scheme Creditors upon request at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2HA, United or upon written request to the Company's United States attorneys addressed to:

Please also note that any party-in-interest wishing to submit a response or objection to the Petition and Motion or the relief requested therein must do so in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code, the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and the Local Rules for the Court, and such response must be received by no later than November 15, 2016, at 4:00 pm New York time.  Please also note that any party-in-interest opposed to the Petition and Motion or the relief requested therein must appear at the Recognition Hearing at the time and place set forth above.
