Disclosure of shareholding

During trading hours on January 8, 2013, Moon Capital 
Management LP sold 679,600 shares in EOC Limited on 
behalf of Moon Capital Master Fund Ltd. and purchased 
679,600 shares in EOC Limited on behalf of Moon 
Capital Leveraged Master Fund Ltd. As a result of 
these transactions, the number of shares owned by 
Moon Capital Master Fund Ltd. passed below the 10% 
disclosure level.

Following the transactions described above, Moon 
Capital Master Fund Ltd. holds 9.44% of the shares 
and votes of EOC Limited.  Moon Capital Leveraged 
Master Fund Ltd. holds 4.80% of the shares and votes 
of EOC Limited.  In the aggregate, the two funds 
managed by Moon Capital Management LP hold 14.24% of 
the shares and votes of EOC Limited.
