Disclosure of Shareholdings - EOC Limited

After close of market on May 11, 2012, Moon Capital 
Management LP purchased 4,950,582 shares in EOC 
Limited on behalf of Moon Capital Master Fund Ltd. 
(2,806,648 shares) and Moon Capital Leveraged Master 
Fund Ltd. (2,143,934 shares). As a result of the 
purchase, the number of shares owned by Moon Capital 
Master Fund Ltd. (and the aggregate number of shares 
managed by Moon Capital Management LP on behalf of 
the two funds) passed the 10% disclosure level.

Following the purchases described above, Moon Capital 
Master Fund Ltd. holds 10.10% of the shares and votes 
of the Company.  Moon Capital Leveraged Master Fund 
Ltd. holds 4.14% of the shares and votes of the 
Company.  In the aggregate, funds managed by Moon 
Capital Management LP hold 14.24% of the shares and 
votes of the Company.
