ASHEVILLE. N.C. – Daniel Stickler, M.D. and Kendall Kendrick, Community Wellness Advocate and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, have compiled a team of experts to develop and support a new online wellness website called ePhysiologix, which offers a free whole body resource targeted towards anyone at any wellness level who is looking to become more aware of their bodies and improve their overall health.

"When I had a thriving surgical practice, I saw so many patients coming in for conditions that were preventable or treatable with a whole body approach to wellness. I began to realize that true health is not a result of pharmaceuticals and stainless steel. This realization led me to understand that I should embrace the new paradigm of health optimization. Deciding to follow my beliefs and walk away from surgery, I've dedicated my life to wellness," explained Daniel Stickler, M.D. "I believe this resource will be huge for the health community because there are few open-minded, non-biased, multidisciplinary sites available to people trying to improve their lives. This resource is free and is supported by a variety of doctors, therapists, nutritionists, and professional coaches.”

ePhysiologix.com launched Monday, Aug. 4, and gives wellness seekers a free professional resource for information about diet and nutrition, fitness, health, and spirituality and consciousness. The weekly blog will share insights into optimum health and fitness, as well as discuss trending topics. There is also going to be a special section aimed at mothers which will shares insights and encouragement on how to keep themselves and their families healthy and happy.

"As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a mother of four, I have experienced the struggle to balance my personal health and being conscious of the health of my children.” empathizes Kendall Kendrick. "In my blog  'Ask Kendall: Evolutionary Parenting in a Modern World' found at ePhysiologix.com, I answer questions and give advice to moms who have kids of all ages, who are going through the same issues. This blog touches on everything from healthy recipe ideas that kids will enjoy, to tips on having a natural child birth, to having a healthy sex life. It's all about balance and helping each other along the way.”

Our goal is to create positive change in the current state of healthcare and acknowledge the fundamental strength, dignity, resilience, and spirit of each individual desiring excellent health and wellness. ePhysiologix.com is a free online health and wellness educational website based on the balance of diet and nutrition, fitness, health, and spirituality and consciousness. ePhysiologix provides a broad spectrum of expertise and connections within our online community at no cost to our readers. We support our online community by offering only the highest quality coaches, products, and services.
